Account & Subscriptions
Check your account and configuration before importing or updating. Your subscription link contains account information and shouldn't be shared publicly.
Do I need an email address to create an account?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Open the user panel and follow the on-screen instructions to enter and save your login details. Store them in a trusted password manager. Since accounts are not tied to email, don't assume email recovery is available. If you can't log in, check your keyboard input, capitalization, and autofill for outdated details. Then visit the Contact page to find available support channels. Never share your password.
Where can I find my subscription link, and what should I know before importing it?
Sign in to the user panel and check your plan and subscription status in the account overview. Then copy the subscription link from the panel or import it into your client. Most clients require you to add a subscription configuration; don't paste the link into a single server's address field. After importing, check that the region list appears and select a route to connect. Your subscription link contains account access credentials, so protect it like a password. Don't share it in chat groups or include the full link in screenshots or support tickets.
How do I update my subscription link, and why does my client still show old routes?
Sign in to the panel and confirm that your subscription is active. In your client, open the subscription or configuration page, find the configuration you're using, and update it. When the update finishes, check the region list and make sure you're using the updated configuration, not an older imported copy. If the update fails, note the error, check that you can reach the panel, and verify the subscription link there. Avoid creating multiple configurations with the same name. Use clear names so you can identify the active subscription.
Do I need a different plan for a new device, and can I use multiple devices at once?
VPNUI allows unlimited simultaneous devices, so changing devices alone doesn't require a different plan. Sign in to the panel on your new device, download a client for that platform, and import your subscription. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data; check your plan's usage in the panel. Before passing an old device to someone else, sign out and remove any saved subscription configuration to keep your account details off the device.
What should I do if I forget my password or my subscription link becomes public?
If you've forgotten your password, first check your password manager and saved browser logins, then make sure you're using the correct username. If you still can't access your account, visit the Contact page for support channels, explain the access issue, and provide any verification details support requests. If your subscription link has been exposed, remove the public post. If you can sign in, check the panel for an option to reset the subscription link. If there isn't one, open a support ticket. Never post your password, full subscription link, or payment credentials publicly.
Connections & Troubleshooting
Separate local network issues from subscription status and app settings. Record the exact error message; it's more useful than repeatedly reinstalling the client.
What should I check first if I can't connect at all?
Disconnect the client and check whether your current network can open common websites. If the network itself isn't working, resolve that first. Then sign in to the panel to check your subscription status, confirm the client is using the right configuration, and make sure routes are available in the list. Try another route and check whether another proxy tool is also controlling your network. Change one setting at a time and note the result. If every route fails, save the exact error message and continue with the troubleshooting guide.
My client says it's connected, but websites won't load. Why?
A connected status only means the client has established a connection; it doesn't guarantee that browser traffic is using the selected route. Check whether the client's system proxy or traffic takeover mode is enabled, and whether your browser has a separate proxy configured. Then test common websites and the site you want to reach. If only one site fails, try a different exit region. If most sites fail, check the client logs for DNS or connection errors. Don't disable system security settings as a workaround; start with the specific error message.
Why does my browser work through the proxy, but a particular app doesn't?
Apps may handle network traffic differently. Some don't follow the system proxy, while client rules may send others directly. First, look for the app's requests in the client's connection log and check which rule matched and which exit was used. If there are no requests, check the traffic takeover scope and app permissions. If the client offers a relevant takeover mode, enable it as instructed and reopen the app. Also check the app's own proxy settings. Avoid combining conflicting settings, and note the original configuration before making changes so you can restore it.
How can I troubleshoot a mobile connection that drops when the app goes into the background?
Check whether the connection drops consistently after locking the screen, switching apps, or changing networks. If it works in the foreground but drops in the background, check the system's background activity restrictions for the client. On Android, review battery management and background activity permissions in system settings, and adjust them as the client recommends. On iOS, check the VPN configuration and system connection prompts. Don't grant every app unrestricted permissions just to troubleshoot. Repeat the same scenario after making changes, confirm whether the issue is resolved, and include the actual system and client versions in your support ticket.
What information should I include in a connection troubleshooting ticket?
Submit your issue through the ticket option in the user panel. Include your device platform, OS and client versions, network environment, selected region and route name, when the issue occurred, and whether you can reproduce it consistently. List what you've already tried, such as changing routes, updating the subscription, or switching networks, to avoid repeating steps. Keep error messages visible in screenshots, but hide your username, subscription link, and payment details. Share only log excerpts related to the issue. Never send your password or attach a full configuration file containing access credentials.

Speed & Routes
Compare routes on the same network and with the same destination. Route types and region names help you filter options, but you still need to test access for yourself.
Which regions do your routes cover, and how should I choose an exit?
VPNUI covers 100+ countries / 190+ routes. The panel and your client's latest route list show what's currently available. Choose a region based on what you need: for international websites, start with a nearby region; if a service requires a specific region, choose the corresponding exit. The client lists regions such as Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, and Australia to make browsing easier, but a region name doesn't guarantee access to a particular service. Test the route with the app you want to use rather than relying on the region name alone.
What's the difference between IEPL, relay, and direct routes?
These labels describe how route traffic is carried. IEPL refers to a dedicated-line transport path, relay routes forward traffic through an intermediate entry point, and direct routes connect to the exit without an intermediate relay. Labels can help you filter routes, but don't guarantee speed or stability on your network. Compare them on the same network and with the same destination, paying attention to connection success, page responsiveness, and playback interruptions. Check your client's current list for available regions and route types.
What's the best way to switch routes when things slow down at peak times?
Pause downloads and sync tasks that are using your network, and check that your local connection isn't congested. Keep the same website or video open, then try another route in the same region before testing a different route type or a nearby region. After each switch, repeat the same action. Changing the region, player, and client settings all at once makes it hard to identify the cause. If several routes slow down at the same time, note your network environment, when it happened, and the route names. Share these comparisons in a support ticket instead of reporting only that things feel slow.
What can I do if websites load slowly, downloads are slow, or videos keep buffering?
Loading a webpage and maintaining a smooth data transfer are different things. First check your plan's data usage and local network, then see whether other websites are slow too. If only one service is affected, the cause may be the service, exit region, or network path. For video, try lowering the playback quality, then test another route with the same video. For downloads, check whether the source limits download speeds. Don't treat the result of a single download as a measure of your entire subscription's performance. Reproducible tests help distinguish local network, route, and destination issues.
Can I access AI tools and streaming services through every route?
Route coverage doesn't mean every destination works on every route. AI tools and streaming services may determine access based on account region, exit IP address, service policies, and client environment, and these requirements can change. Check the service's account requirements, choose a route for the relevant region, and verify access by signing in, playing content, or making a request. If you see a region-specific message, save it and try another exit. A network subscription doesn't replace a service account, content subscription, or eligibility requirements.
Billing & Refunds
Monthly plans and data packs use different allowance rules. Check payments, upgrades, and refunds in your account panel; don't post order credentials publicly.
What are the monthly plan prices, and when does data reset?
Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. Choose a plan based on your typical browsing, video streaming, and file transfer needs, and check usage in the panel. Unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data, and data allowances don't increase based on the number of devices. Compare the plans on the plans page; your account panel shows the activation status and reset details.
How do data packs differ from monthly plans, and do data packs expire?
Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They last until the data is used and never expire. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. A data pack may suit you if you prefer a set amount of data and use it irregularly; a monthly plan may suit ongoing use with a monthly allowance. “Never expire” refers to the data pack's validity, not unlimited data. Check the plan type on the plans page before choosing, and don't assume a data pack's total allowance is renewed monthly.
How does upgrading a monthly plan partway through work? Do I need to calculate the price difference?
When you upgrade a monthly plan partway through, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Sign in to the panel and open the plans page. Review the target plan and the details shown on the confirmation screen before proceeding. Don't estimate the credited amount or new validity period based on a full month's price. An upgrade is different from starting a new plan, so make sure the page shows the option you expect before submitting. If the panel's result doesn't match your understanding, save your current plan details and a screenshot of the confirmation page, then ask through a support ticket. Don't submit repeated orders to try to correct it.
Which payment methods are supported, and what should I do if my plan doesn't appear after payment?
VPNUI supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Use the checkout option provided in the user panel. If your plan doesn't appear after payment, check the order status in the panel, make sure you're signed in to the account used for the order, and refresh the account overview. Don't pay again just because the page hasn't updated yet. If you still need help, submit a ticket with the order number, payment method, actual payment time, and any necessary payment evidence. Hide unrelated personal information. Keep the original order record while support checks the issue so it can be found easily.
How do I request a refund, and where should I submit it?
VPNUI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket form, clearly state that you're requesting a refund, and include the relevant order number so the payment can be located. You can add details about the order, but don't provide your password or full subscription link as verification. Keep your ticket and order records after submitting, and use the same ticket to check for replies or provide any requested details. See the refund policy for applicable terms. Don't assume a processing time, refund arrival date, or payment rule not stated in the available information.
