Account, subscription, and connection support
Submit your issue through the account panel’s ticket system. VPNUI keeps the issue details, any follow-up information, and replies together in one thread, making it easier to troubleshoot.
You’ll need to log in to submit a ticket. Create an account with just a username and password—no email address required.
What to Include in Your Ticket
Use a concise subject that describes the symptom, such as “Subscription update failed” or “Web pages won’t load after connecting.” In the message, explain what changed before and after the issue began. This helps support distinguish account status from client settings or a problem with the destination service.
- Connection and speed issues: Include your operating system, client name, selected region and route, when the issue occurred, and any error shown in the client. Note whether it affects all websites or just a particular site or app.
- Subscription update issues: Include the subscription status shown in your account, the message displayed by the client during the update, and whether you tried importing the subscription again. Do not paste the full subscription URL.
- Orders and payments: Include the order number shown in your panel, payment method, and order status. Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. In payment screenshots, hide personal information unrelated to the issue.
- Refund inquiries: Include the relevant order and explain what you’re requesting. VPNUI offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. See the refund policy for details.
Screenshots and error messages can help with troubleshooting, but first hide your password, full subscription URL, access tokens, and other account credentials. Share details about the issue, never your login credentials.
Response Times and Ticket Updates
VPNUI does not publish a standard response time. Replies depend on the type of issue, the support queue, and whether the information provided is complete. Immediate replies cannot be guaranteed; check your ticket in the account panel for updates.
Keep the original ticket after submitting. If the symptoms change, you try another route, or a new error appears, add the details to the same thread. Submitting the same issue multiple times can split the context and make it harder to troubleshoot.
Checks to Try While You Wait
First, check your subscription status and remaining data in your account, then make sure the subscription is imported and up to date in your client. For connection issues, follow the troubleshooting guide. If you’re new to the service, start with the quick start guide. Note what you’ve checked and the results so you can continue troubleshooting when support replies.
